Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Fresno. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for organization and efficiency, looking to make an impact within the fire protection industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling inspections and incoming dispatches with customers for a multitude of services.
  • Input completed reports via the internet to third-party reporting agencies.
  • Distribute service reports to customers and local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) as required or upon request.
  • Comply with safe work practices, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Perform follow-up correspondence for all services via phone, email, and fax.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and organized.
  • Ability to multitask and perform basic job functions in a timely manner.
  • Punctuality, time, and attendance are key factors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • 2-3 years of prior office-based experience required.

Monday to Friday
